Our 30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We want you to love your home decor. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit or refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Eligibility for change of mind returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Ceramic decor, vases, and fragile items must be unmarked and free from chips or cracks
  • Wall clocks must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Seasonal or holiday decor must be returned within 30 days of delivery (not based on holiday date)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items (change of mind):

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Custom or personalised decor (e.g., custom-printed wall art, personalised signs)

How to start a return (change of mind):

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for change of mind returns

Refunds for change of mind returns:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Store credit option: If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we will add an extra 5% to your credit amount as a thank you for shopping with us again.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a remedy for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match description.

What to do if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damage, fault, or incorrect item
    • Photos of the packaging (if damage occurred during shipping)
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a solution.

Examples for home decor:

  • Minor problem: A vase with a small glaze imperfection that does not affect use
  • Major problem: A wall clock that does not keep time, or a completely wrong item shipped

No need to return faulty items in some cases: For low-value items (under $50), we may ask you to dispose of the item and send us a photo instead of returning it. We will still issue a full refund or replacement.

Shipping costs for faulty returns: We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for reasonable postage costs (keep your receipt).
